Company history:
1937  The company is founded next to the Nakagawa Canal (now Nakagawa Ward, Nagoya) as a manufacturer of industrial machinery parts.
1945  The company plant (now the headquarters plant) moves to Toyota, Aichi.
1950 The company begins exporting products to overseas markets as "Mountain brand".
1969  The Fujiwara Plant (machining) is established in Inabe, Mie Prefecture.
1971  The company begins supplying Suzuki Motors (now Suzuki Motor Corporation).
1977  A foundry is added to the Fujiwara Plant.
1985  The company begins supplying Sumitomo-Yale (now Sumitomo Nacco Materials Handling Co., Ltd.).
1989  The crankshaft pulley production line becomes automated.
1990  The brake disc production line becomes automated.
2000 New catalyst production and assembly lines are installed.
2002 The company acquires ISO 9001 certification (for the former headquarters plant).
2003 An automatic pouring machine is installed on the FRM production line at the main casting plant.
2004 The company begins supplying Aisin Takaoka Co., Ltd.
  An automated processing line for integrated pulleys with crank sensors is installed.
2005 The FRM casting equipment at the main casting plant is upgraded.
2008 The FCMX-II casting line is installed at the Fujiwara casting plant.
2009 The company obtains ISO 9001 certification (for the former headquarters plant and Fujiwara Plant).
2019 The company headquarters is consolidated with the Fujiwara Plant in Inabe, Mie Prefecture.
2021 ISO 9001 certification is acquired (which is now the headquarters plant) due to reorganization following site consolidation.
